On the basis of part two of paragraph 7 of the Regulation on the procedure for preparing and issuing permits for the construction of facilities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 20, 2007 No. 223, and subparagraph 5.6 of paragraph 5 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Council Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 31, 2006 No. 973, Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Set the form of the architectural and planning task according to the application.
2. Recognize as invalid the Decree of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus dated August 17, 2020 No. 45 “On establishing the form of an architectural and planning task”.
3. This resolution comes into force after its official publication.
