MINSK CITY CENTER OF ENGINEERING SERVICES

 1. GENERAL

1. The municipal unitary enterprise "Minsk City Center for Engineering Services" (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise) was established in accordance with the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee of February 1, 2007 No. 158 and the order of the Committee of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Minsk City Executive Committee of February 14, 2007 No. 11.

in Belarusian: Kamunal Untarnae Praddimstvo “Minski Garadski Center of Inzhynyryngavy Paslugs”;

in Russian: Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Minsk City Center for Engineering Services".

Abbreviated name of the Company:

in Russian: State Enterprise Minsk City Center for Engineering Services.

3. The form of ownership of the Enterprise is state. The property of the Enterprise is in the municipal ownership of Minsk.

4. The founder of the Enterprise is the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Minsk City Executive Committee (hereinafter - the Founder).

5. The enterprise in its activities is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Charter.

6. The company operates on the principles of cost accounting and self-financing.

7. The company is a legal entity, has an independent balance sheet, settlement and other accounts in bank institutions, a seal with the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and its name, stamps, as well as a trademark.

8. An enterprise can, on its own behalf, conclude contracts, acquire and exercise property and personal non-property rights, perform duties, be a plaintiff and defendant in court.

9. The enterprise has the right, in the manner prescribed by the Minsk City Council of Deputies, to create subsidiaries, open branches and representative offices, participate in joint-stock companies, limited liability companies and other business companies and partnerships, associations and organizations (as agreed with the Founder).

10. The company is responsible for its obligations with all property belonging to it.

The Founder is not responsible for the obligations of the Enterprise, except for the cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Charter.

The company is not responsible for the obligations of the Founder, except for cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

11. Location of the Enterprise: Republic of Belarus, 220030, Minsk, st. Sovetskaya, 19, room 403 "A".

 2. OBJECTIVES AND SUBJECT OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES 

12. The purpose of the Enterprise is to create favorable conditions for legal entities and individuals, individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of their legitimate interests in the field of construction, attracting investment in the construction of the city of Minsk.

In this regard, the Company, in the manner prescribed by law, carries out:

12.1. on a contractual basis with the Founder, the use of cartographic, cadastral and other information from the funds maintained by the Founder;

12.2. on a contractual basis with legal entities and individuals, individual entrepreneurs:

12.2.1. preparation (registration) of architectural and planning tasks;

12.2.2. collection of conclusions (technical conditions) of the approving organizations on the possibility and conditions of the placement of construction objects; collection in operating organizations of technical conditions for engineering and technical support of construction objects;

12.2.3. provision of cadastral information (diagrams, tables, etc.), information from the fund of engineering survey materials for construction (regulated access);

12.3. collection, processing (systematization) of materials and data for maintaining the urban planning cadastre of Minsk, its technical support;

12.4. collection and processing of information for maintaining a fund of engineering survey materials for construction and its technical support;

12.5. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; prepares assignments for carrying out engineering-geological and topographic-geodetic surveys on the territory of Minsk, accepts and registers materials based on the results of these surveys; carries out office control of the received materials and selective field control;

12.6. coordination of project documentation with operating organizations, as well as organizations whose interests are affected by the design of facilities (if necessary);

12.7. other engineering services necessary for the purposes of the Companygi.

13. The company carries out the following activities in accordance with the national classifier of activities:

13.1. - code 71110 - Activities in the field of architecture, engineering services;

13.2. - code 74119 - Other activities in the field of law;

13.3. - code 74400 - Advertising activity.

14. The Enterprise has the right to engage in activities subject to licensing after obtaining the appropriate permit (license).

15. The enterprise has the right to carry out foreign economic activity in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
