Copy of the duty plan of the city of Minsk
Issuance of information on the duty plan of Minsk M 1: 500 for design and pre-design work
Copy of the duty plan of the city of Minsk for design and pre-design work
A copy of the on-duty plan of the city of Minsk, as well as a copy from GGK is a detailed plan of the land plot on a scale of 1:500, which displays the terrain, real estate and vegetation, underground and aboveground communications and structures, as well as their technical characteristics. They differ only in the intended purpose, depending on the time of the latest surveys (updates of the engineering and topographic plan).
!!!!Before choosing a service, the applicant must clarify the need for an up-to-date copy (not older than 2 years).
You can find out the time of updating the engineering and topographic plan on the website https://mgciu.by/structure/2 in Monitoring surveys or by phone
+375 17 219 85 42, +375 17 219 85 41, +375 44 718 52 60.
Copy of duty plan Minsk - a copy of a part of the engineering and topographic plan of Minsk and adjacent territories at a scale of 1:500, updated no older than 2 years (i.e., a topographic survey was carried out in this area over the past 2 years). The copy is made from a digital color plan indicating the time of updating the topographic plan (with drawing the boundaries of engineering and geodetic surveys), with frame design, drawing the boundaries of land plots (with indication of attributive information) and red lines. A copy is made in electronic form (with recording on electronic media) and, if necessary, a printout of the drawing on paper with electronic printing "A copy of the duty plan for project documentation".
As a rule, a copy of the duty plan is required:
- for use as engineering topographic plans (geo-baseline) for project documentation, as in accordance with paragraph 4.24 SN 1.02.01-2019 Engineering surveys for construction the statute of limitations for engineering and topographic plans should not exceed 2 years, subject to the condition of their relevance;
- for other purposes (directly related to design and survey work) at the request of the customer.
!!!However, it is necessary to understand that a copy does not always reflect the current situation on the ground at the current moment, since changes to the duty plan are made only after the survey has been carried out. If the situation on the ground has changed, but the relevant surveys have not been carried out, then the update will not appear on the plan either. In this case, it is necessary to apply for an update of the engineering and topographic plan in an organization or to individual entrepreneurs performing engineering and geodetic surveys (topographic survey).
Copying from the GGK (the state urban cadastre) is a simplified copy from a part of the general engineering and topographic plan (in this case, from the urban cadastre of Minsk). An excerpt from the GGK is made from a raster black and white digital tablet without specifying the topographic update time (without the boundaries of engineering and geodetic surveys), with a frame design, drawing red lines and land boundaries (but without indicating attribute information).
The copy is made in electronic form and, if necessary, by printing the drawing on paper with electronic printing "A copy of the duty plan for pre-project documentation".
Copying may be required for various purposes:
- for pre-design work (to determine the possibility of construction or reconstruction of facilities);
- for provision to interested services and district administrations;
- to clarify the boundaries of land plots;
- for technical inventory of real estate objects;
- to clarify the location of real estate and engineering networks;
- for planting green spaces and landscape design;
- for calculating fire breaks;
- for calculation of sanitary protection zones;
- to resolve land disputes;
- for other purposes at the request of the customer (except for the use of the issued materials as engineering and topographic plans for project documentation).
