1) Administrative functions (selection of a land plot and preparation of a package of documents for the provision of a land plot for construction; development and initial approval of a development concept; approval of sketch solutions; obtaining all necessary approvals and permits at the stage of pre-design development; technical support of the design stage; control of the development of design and estimate documentation and its coordination with all controlling and supervising organizations; obtaining a positive conclusion of the state non-departmental examination on design and estimate documentation; obtaining a decision of the City Executive Committee for the design and production of construction and installation work; obtaining a Permit from the State Construction Supervision Authorities for construction and installation work; putting the object into operation in accordance with applicable regulations; obtaining a package of documents for the operation of the facility; registration of ownership and obtaining a technical passport for the facility.).
