Resolution of the Council of Ministers May 16, 2013 № 384

On the basis of Articles 5 and 20 of the Housing Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the attached:

Regulation on the conditions and procedure for reorganization and (or) redevelopment;

Regulation on the conditions and procedure for installing individual antennas and other structures on the roofs and facades of apartment buildings;

Regulations on the procedure for the reconstruction of multi-apartment, block and single-family residential buildings.

2. To declare invalid:

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1805 dated December 31, 2006 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for the Conversion and Redevelopment of Residential Premises in Multi-Apartment Residential Buildings and the Regulation on the Procedure for the Reconstruction of Single-Apartment, Blocked Residential Buildings and Non-Residential Buildings in the Local Area" (National Register of Legal Acts Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 15, 5/24535);

subparagraph 1.51 of paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2007 No. 1747 "On amendments and invalidation of certain resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the organization of work with citizens" (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 6, 5/26438);

subparagraph 1.12 of paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 25, 2008 No. 272 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and Recognition of Certain Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Belarus as invalid" (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008 ., No. 55, 5/27216);

subparagraph 2.21 of paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated August 2, 2008 No. 1103 "On measures to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 43 dated January 28, 2008" (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 188, 5/28107);

subparagraph 1.8 of paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2010 No. 1103 "On Amending Certain Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the Organization of Work with Citizens" (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 184, 5/32238);

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 20, 2010 No. 1526 "On Amendments and Additions to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1805 dated December 31, 2006" (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 253, 5 / 32693);

subparagraph 2.1 of paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 687 "On Some Measures to Implement the Law of the Republic of Belarus" On Amendments and Amendments to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities " acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 65, 5/33881).

3. The republican government bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee shall bring their normative legal acts in line with this resolution and take other measures to implement it.

4. Provide the right to clarify:

To the Ministry of Housing and Utilities - issues related to the procedure for reorganization and (or) redevelopment of residential premises, reconstruction of multi-apartment, blocked and single-family residential buildings, installation of individual antennas and other structures on the roofs and facades of apartment buildings;

To the Ministry of Architecture and Construction - issues related to the procedure for reorganization and (or) redevelopment of non-residential premises.

5. This resolution comes into force after its official publication.
