Updating the electronic receptionist!

At the weekend (03.10.20-04.10.20), the ES was transferred to new hardware and software

the entrance to the electronic signature is organized by the link:

(previously the link was http://er.mgciu.by:88/er/, this transition is associated with the requirement of RUE Beltelecom and mandatory filtering of many ports for government organizations;
for organizations whose access to the Internet will most likely need to open access on ports 1082 and 8888)
The mechanism for entering an object on the map has also been redesigned:
1) the boundary of the object is automatically saved for each contour (disappears for 1-2 seconds and reappears)
2) the "clipping" tool has been added (for objects with graphics cut inside themselves)
3) the "move" tool has been added (for shifting the boundaries of an object if necessary)
4) additional work is underway on previously identified bugs (incl. on duplicate appointments), adding new functionality
 PS: since the difference in the previous and current software is significant, new mechanisms have been added, Operation, new bugs may appear, which we ask you to treat with understanding, as well as report the identified shortcomings to er.mgciu@gmail.com with a brief description of the problem and attach a screenshot.

If you are a new user, you must send your credentials for registration in the electronic reception to the address  er.mgciu@gmail.com  and specify the following data: & nbsp;

Full name, email (e-mail), Organization (IE), login and password (at least 5 characters in Latin), contact phone number.

In large organizations, you will need to open access on ports 1082 and 8888. Registration on the site is not required (it does not give access to the electronic reception)
