DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS dated May 17, 2023 No. 52

On establishing the form of architectural and planning assignment

Based on part two of paragraph 7 of the Regulations on the procedure for the preparation and issuance of permits for the construction of facilities, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 20, 2007 No. 223, and subparagraph 5.6 of paragraph 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, approved by resolution of the Council Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 31, 2006 No. 973, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the form of the architectural planning assignment in accordance with the application.

2. Recognize the decree of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus dated August 17, 2020 No. 45 “On establishing the form of architectural and planning assignment” as invalid.

3. This resolution comes into force after its official publication.
